The new Client Portal enhances our process by creating a single, organized space where you can:

Once inside, you can navigate between multiple projects, review signed documents, and stay up to date as new information is added. Each update—whether a completed report or new lab results—triggers a notification, so you always know when new documents are ready for review.
You'll receive notifications when agreements are assigned, sampling strategies are ready for approval, documents or photos are added , and final reports are complete. This proactive approach keeps your project moving forward without requiring you to constantly check for updates.
