This was an unfortunate and expensive inspection but was needed to hold the builder accountable. Philip was amazing and very professional. Explained every step and helped us feel at ease regardless of the mold situation. We had mold throughout our second story and vaulted ceilings due to poor HVAC install and horrible sealing job. The builder is now taking care of all the work and expenses. Could not have worked out any better for us.

mark and jeff were super nice and informative, they really take their time looking over each room and floor of the home for issues. my dogs liked them as well, so that was a plus when people are in your house for 5 hours! results came in 2-3 days. overall happy with my experience with this company and would not hesitate to use them again in the future

The inspector was quite prompt even with the lack of power and communication. She explained in proper detail the methods she would take to determine condition of space. First of all- it is very difficult to get through to anyone to speak with.

Secondly they came and did testing but did not even inspect/address the area of concern where there is water damage.

I am left with a report that does not help me to know if I have mold in the area of water damage.

We called because we had some visible mold in a back bedroom closet. Our technician Philip was incredibly thorough and was able to identify problems we had not noticed. The report came back today showing that he was correct about every single area he spotted.
