Poor communication skills from onsite rep and management follow up. It was not communicated that they would come in and start ripping down chunks of 1' x 4' panels of wall paper in 2 rooms. Kelvin was informative, thorough, and professional. Our apartment property managers were about to paint over the walls of a closet that was covered with mold. Kelvin inspected the less obvious places such as HVAC duct where he found substantial evidence of mold that had developed since our last flood incident.
Finding out the extent of mold spore proliferation will provide substantial peace of mind, and help document for insurance and liability purposes.

Due to health issues I have recently found out that my apartment has a mold issue. In order to break my lease or have the mgmt fix the problem I needed proof. Not happy with service at all. They didn't do what they said they would do. They definitely are not military friendly no discounts for military. Up sale by recommending samples at $110 a sample. $575 cost quickly becomes almost a$1000. Can't say you didn't know. I just informed you of how the service works. I called on a Tuesday and MIS had Rick and Dominick at my house on Wednesday morning. They were very professional and took the time to answer my questions. The inspection lasted almost two hours .
