Phillip was very thorough, courteous, and explained every step of the way. However, the follow up report was not clear. The project manager who called after the mold report, gave us costs for protocols that were anywhere from $950 to $2000. This did not include post inspection testing which is additional $1000-$1500. In speaking with other mediation companies post report, they all said that the mold report doesn't allow anyone to create an accurate protocol to remediate. I am now needing...

Jeff notified us when he was on the way and arrived promptly. He was very knowledgeable and thorough with our mold inspection. When completed, he sat down with us and went through all the information in detail and provided recommended vendors that we could use to assist us in resolving our issue.

Explained everything I needed to know in depth and helped me get a better understanding of expectations for the company tests and what I dealing with in my unit. Price for everything a bit steep however, for a last minute inspection I am appreciative.
