Phillip did a good job explaining the situation and what my options were. He was very professional, used shoe covers inside, and had answers to all my questions.

Phillip was very thorough, courteous, and explained every step of the way. However, the follow up report was not clear. The project manager who called after the mold report, gave us costs for protocols that were anywhere from $950 to $2000. This did not include post inspection testing which is additional $1000-$1500. In speaking with other mediation companies post report, they all said that the mold report doesn't allow anyone to create an accurate protocol to remediate. I am now needing...

Jeff notified us when he was on the way and arrived promptly. He was very knowledgeable and thorough with our mold inspection. When completed, he sat down with us and went through all the information in detail and provided recommended vendors that we could use to assist us in resolving our issue.

Jeff was great. He was very thorough and detailed in his approach. Explained everything I needed to know in depth and helped me get a better understanding of expectations for the company tests and what I dealing with in my unit. Price for everything a bit steep however, for a last minute inspection I am appreciative.

Total waste of money. They price gauge and take advantage of people in a vulnerable state. Dealing with them left me feeling hopeless for my family. They charged about $3,000 for my initial inspection and then another $2000 for the protocol…. Which NONE even had the SOURCE OF THE MOLD …. How crazy is that. I had a 50 page protocol with no source of the mold. So I went to a remediation company and they wanted to charge $25,000 to tear my home apart as directed in the protocol which still didn’t...
