She was so helpful, knowledgeable, and suggested what to do with the situation I was in as well as my belongings. She really went above and beyond. She ensured I had full understanding of what to expect with the inspection, testing and results. She was also very knowledgable of the laws in Texas surrounding testing and treatment of mold.
