Mark is both methodical with his consultations and dedicated to helping his clients understand precisely what they need to know about their individual situations. Mark is happiest at home in Colorado with his family, his pets, and his guitar.

On the phone they’ll sound like a professional but they will send you a sub par inspector that has no clue what they’re doing and charge you thousands of dollars for basically nothing. Inspector doesn’t do much other than take a quick glance then upsell you on their very expensive tests.
