Todd was amazing! Me and him yapped for a couple hours, I'm sure he could tell I was stressed out and was super nice about everything. Could not recommend enough. Mold testing can be expensive, and I balked a little when he told me he had 14 recommendations for sample testing, but every single one of them came back positive. Massive trust and respect to MIS and todd specifically
