Jeff came out and was personable and professional. He did a thorough walk of the property, identifying areas of concern. He then explained the process and took samples. We look forward to receiving the report and knowing what our next steps are.

Philip was very kind, knowledgeable, efficient, and wonderful with my dog. MIS was able to schedule him to come out the same week I called. Inspection and testing can be pricey, but now we have confirmation of our problems and know how to move forward to remediate and protect our home.

My goodness i can't say enough draft things about Philip. During one of the more traumatic times of our lives when we were seeing and reading all kinds of things about mold in came Philip. He was calm, thorough, very informative and detailed. The whole company is a well oiled machine with lots of helpful info but Philip, he was one of the most knowledgeable contractors I have ever met.
