This was an unfortunate and expensive inspection but was needed to hold the builder accountable. Philip was amazing and very professional. Explained every step and helped us feel at ease regardless of the mold situation. We had mold throughout our second story and vaulted ceilings due to poor HVAC install and horrible sealing job. The builder is now taking care of all the work and expenses. Could not have worked out any better for us.
