from the first call to sample submission, Mold Inspection Sciences of Texas was amazing. the coordinator, Sarah, worked with my busy schedule and was able to fit us in on a tight timeframe. Our inspector, Javier, was amazing! He waited half an hour for us to get home after we didn't receive a courtesy call, and was so thorough on his inspection. walked us through everything AND made sure to drop our samples off today so we get the results back as soon as possible!

Elaina was GREAT and very insightful.

From the beginning, when Javier showed up at the appointed time, until he left about 1 1/2 hr. later the mold assessment was all professional and competent.

He explained each of the sequences involved in the inspection and follow-up very carefully and thoroughly, taking time to answer all concerns. There were tools in his kit to document any moisture present along with airborne and surface mold.

Great job, had kids running around curious. Once he spoke to them they were on their way playing & running. Explained everything quick and courteous.

Phillip was very professional & knowledgeable. He did his very best to explain the need for further sampling & what areas seemed most problematic - to someone who knew nothing about mold sampling/detection. Willing to write a review process on a larger platform once inspection results are in, but speaking only of Phillip, he is excellent/I was impressed.
