She was wonderful to work with—clearly intelligent, experienced, and very thoughtful in the way she handled everything. She has a high emotional IQ and made what could have been a stressful process feel smooth, clear, and manageable. She explained things well, listened carefully, and kept the focus on practical steps and positive outcomes. I really appreciated both her professionalism and the kindness she brought to the visit.
