David Rizos is an Environmental Consultant with a BBA from Texas Christian University and a wealth of industry experience. He holds a TDLR Mold Assessment Consultant License, a Texas All Lines Insurance Adjuster License, and multiple IICRC certifications in Water, Fire, Smoke, and Mold.

Before joining Mold Inspection Sciences Texas (MISTX), David owned and operated Restoration 1 North Dallas for five years, gaining hands-on experience in the restoration field. Encouraged by his wife and driven by his passion for helping others, he found a natural fit at MISTX—our commitment to excellence and team energy immediately stood out to him. David is energized by working alongside dedicated professionals who prioritize client health and safety, and he is proud to be part of a company that consistently sets a high standard in the mold and indoor air quality industry.
