Had a great experience with Chuck Pratz coming over and inspecting the house. Very informative and kind (Very dog friendly). Great service. Helped find an issue that may be building before it spread. Would recommend to everyone. Made understanding easy. Took great photos of all locations in our house for possible areas. Then found our issue to address before it grows out of control.

Major shout out to Christian ( Consultant/Staff) who educated me on procedures. I didn’t get a chance to work with this company—no fault of theirs just scheduling issues on my end—but what I will say is that the intake/consulting department does a great job educating potential clients to make sure they can outfit the client with the right service. My apartment complex was trying to deny the presence of mold which seems to always be the case from what I’ve heard. I was getting sick. Chuck came thru and inspected the place and did an awesome job. He did a thorough inspection not like the one the apartment contractors did.
