From the moment Jake came into our home, he was kind, informative, and professional. After he completed the inspection, he informed us of all of the issues he found, along with photos. Jake answered all of our questions in a very caring manner as he sought to educate us on the issues of mold in our house, allowing us time to process the information. Jake is the absolute best! He walked me through every step of the process and explained the reasoning behind it to where I could make well educated decisions. And he's an extremely nice guy!
