Jake was very friendly and personable. He explained everything clearly and I completely understood the procedure for the inspection, protocol and remediation steps. He was a pleasure to work with and I have to say that I learned alot.

Jake was a wonderful, patient and very experienced tech. He throughly explained what each step of the process was and what he would be doing. In such a nerve wracking situation he provided calm and reassuring information that made the process a lot less stressful.
