Moon did a great job! She was professional, kind, and answered all my questions with great detail, but also in a way that I, who knows nothing about the process, could understand. She clearly walked me through each step of the process and I did not feel pressured to do more than needed and felt reassured that all the testing I decided to do would be worth the price. She was reassuring when I was anxious and very sweet to my cats as she walked around the house to do her work. I also don’t know...
